Coral Restaurant Concept

The coral concept isn’t new and it isn’t unique. In fact we borrowed it from the people who live in Corfu island and who believe it’s important to make time to enjoy a good meal with family and friends. that’s one of the most valued traditions of the Corfiot culture, something that’s enabled generations of people to find a good work-life balance and to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Coral is all about healthy food made from natural ingredients and served in pleasant surroundings, maybe with a nice bottle of wine. we think it’s important to take the time to relax and enjoy a meal. it’s a very Corfiot thing, and that’s why we try to make every visit to Coral feel like you live here with us.

All our dishes are cooked fresh to order using only the very best ingredients. wherever possible we’ll buy local, organic produce, and our menus always make the most of whatever’s in season. it means, the salads a little crisper and the desserts a little sweeter.

For our Corfiot and Greek dishes we rely on the local knowledge of our own suppliers throughout the island and also most of our fruit and veg comes from our farm and the bread from the local bakery. To make our meals, our cooks use only the freshest ingredients, combined with simple techniques to bring out the natural flavours of our seasonal, organic products, so the meat, feta and sun-dried tomatoes that go into our recipes are always of the very highest quality.

We apply these same standards to everything we do, to make sure that the food, the service and the atmosphere are always just right.
That’s why we’re just as popular with the locals as we are with visitors. Download our menu here
